STUDIO RENTAL
Space rental is NOT for photo shoots, Film, TV Shoots, Instructional training, parties or classes. Studio rental is for practice, rehearsals, or private events ONLY. To book your space rental please call spinArella at 470-210-1691. Prices available through info@spinArella.com for Film/TV rentals. A written agreement must be signed of all studio rentals.
Our studio is 1,000+ square feet with a stage, hardwood floors, and mirrors. It is very feminine, intimate, and inviting! Email info@spinArella.com to schedule a time to visit or to request pictures!
Hourly Rates:

Dance Studio ONLY (No Poles) - $30 per Hour

Dance Studio with 1 Pole (static/spin) - $40 per Hour

Dance Studio with 1 Pole (static/spin) & 1 Guest - $50 per Hour

Dance Studio with 2 Poles (static/spin) - $60 per Hour

Dance Studio with 2 Poles (static/spin) & 1 Guest - $70 per Hour

Dance Studio with ALL Poles (static/spin) & 1 Guest - $200 per Hour

*Security Deposit for Dance Studio/Pole Practice/Rehearsal - $150
The Security Deposit is not applied to the rental rate. Security Deposit due at the time of booking the studio. It is not charged however held on the card used to book the studio. Security Deposit will be applied towards late fees or damages. The deposit will be considered forfeit if the rental is canceled or rescheduled. The Security Deposit will be returned following the rental.
Hourly Rates:
Event Space - $99 per Hour (Minimum of 2 Hours) + $99- Housekeeping Fee
*Security Deposit for Event Space Rental - $300
