• ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, STUDIO CREDIT ONLY

 

• Notification of all price change and services will be updated on www.spinarelladance.com.

 

• Must be 18 years of age or over to participate in any class

 

•  spinArella  Pole Dance Fitness is a private dance fitness studio.

 

• Proper workout attire is required, no nudity is allowed.  

 

• spinArella Pole Dance Fitness has the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence, and harm to others. All monies will be forfeited.

 

CLASS POLICIES

 

Drop In Classes

 

• No refunds, .studio credit only

• It is the student’s responsibility to monitor the expiration date. We will not extend the dates of any drop-in class or class card. No exceptions.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Must notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness at least 24 hours prior to class starting or class will be and considered “used” even though you were not present.

 

Four/Six/Nine  Week Series

 

• Make-up Policy: spinArella Pole Dance Fitness will make every effort to schedule your make-up class but can not guarantee it since it is up to the student's schedule and availability. The make-up class must be scheduled during the time of your series; the offer expires at the end of your week series.

 

• You must notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness at least 7 days in advance prior to your series starting if you want to transfer to another day. If you notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness with less than 7 days notice, transfer fees apply. The transfer fee is $50.00

 

• If you will not be able to attend your series class you must notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness at least 7 days in advance prior to your series starting in order to receive studio credit. If you notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness with less than 7 days’ notice, a cancellation fee applies. You must use your series within one year date of purchase. The cancellation fee  is $75.00

 

• If the same series /pole level is offered more than once a week you may attend another class that week by notifying

• registration@spinarella.com first.   You must wait for confirmation from spinArella Pole Dance Fitness before you attend your makeup class.

 

• If the same series /pole level is only offered once that session please contact spinArella Pole Dance Fitness Management for other options.

 

• No refunds on unused classes…remember you are paying a “tuition” and not “per class”.

 

• Pole Play (OpenPole) is only for students who are currently enrolled in a Pole series.  If you are a past spinArella student, but not currently enrolled, you may come to an Pole Play (Open Pole) Session for the price of a Drop-In Class.

 

Weekend Workshops

 

• NO REFUNDS, Studio credit only.  

 

• Credit must be used within one year from the date of purchase. spinArella Pole Dance Fitness will not extend the date.

 

• You must notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness at least 24 hours in advance to cancel and receive full studio credit. If spinArella Pole Dance Fitness is notified with less than 24-hour notice no credit will be given and class will be considered “used” even though you were not present

 

Private Lessons

 

• Payment in full is required to book

• No refunds; studio credit only

• You must notify spinArella Pole Dance Fitness at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your private lesson. If given less than 24-hour notice, fees will apply.

 

Private Parties

 

• Deposits are non refundable/non-transferrable
