spinArella holds auditions for instructors on an as-needed basis. Although you may have pole, fitness, traditional dance, or exotic dance training, it is mandatory for our new instructors to complete our spinArella   Instructor Certification Program to learn our methodology. However, if you are a studio owner, or teach alternative fitness and want to offer something different to your students, our pole/non-pole classes, curriculum, and training program are fresh, new, well thought out, and geared towards the "everyday woman".
